What is PUDO Private's cancellation and refund policy?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made more than 96 hours before departure: 15% of the total charter cost.

Cancellations made between 48-72 hours before departure: 50% of the total charter cost.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure: 100% of the total charter cost.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
